The cost of sign-ups for the 2024-2025 season is $60. This will cover team shorts and shirt and a new singlet if needed. If your wrestler has outgrown last year’s singlet and it is still in good condition, please donate it back to the club. Also, if your wrestler has outgrown a pair of wrestling shoes and they are still in good condition, there are many families that would appreciate a donated pair of shoes. If you are currently experiencing financial hardship and would be interested in assistance from the booster club, please email us at wdwboosters@gmail.com.

Checks should be made out to Warren Dragon Wrestling, Inc. and mailed to PO Box 514, Warren, PA 16365 or dropped off at one of the sign-up nights at the Kinzua Wrestling Club at 200 Struthers St in Warren on October 16th and 17th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM. You may also Venmo payment to coach Adam at @Adam-Miller-Vet

Waiver - As the legal guardian of the wrestler registered below, I hereby authorize his / her participation in the Warren Dragon Wrestling Youth Program. With such authorization I acknowledge the risk of potential injury inherent in the sport of wrestling. Further, I agree to hold harmless Warren Dragon Wrestling Inc (the booster club), the Kinzua Wrestling Club, the Warren County School District, and all individual coaches and representatives thereof in the event that the wrestler listed below sustains an injury as a result of participation in this program.
